At StaticMoto, we take pride in preparing your orders with care. Please review our shipping terms and conditions to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
1. Processing & Delivery Timelines
As we ship directly from our location, we ask for your patience while we pack and prepare your items.

Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and delivered within 1–3 business days.

Extended Handling: Some orders may take 1–2 weeks to be delivered from the business day following your order submission.
2. Pre-Orders
Items listed as Pre-Order are currently unavailable for immediate dispatch. These items will be sent out as a priority as soon as stock becomes available. We appreciate your patience during this period.
3. Shipping Disclaimer & Liability
Once an order has been dispatched and handed over to a third-party courier (including but not limited to NZ Post, Aramex, or DHL), StaticMoto is no longer responsible for the package. While we provide tracking numbers for all shipments, we are not liable for:

Packages lost, damaged, or stolen in transit.

Delivery delays caused by the courier service.

Missing packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
For any issues regarding the physical delivery of your item, please contact the courier service directly with your tracking information to open a claim.
4. Cancellations & Disputes
If you are considering a cancellation or a refund, we kindly ask that you contact us directly rather than submitting a chargeback or opening a claim with your bank/credit card company.
Bank disputes significantly lengthen the resolution time and negatively impact our business operations. We are committed to assisting you and will work to find the fastest solution for both parties.
