How do I know if a part will fit my specific bike model?

Answer: We know that precision is everything. Most of our parts are designed for popular E-Moto platforms like Sur-Ron, Segway, and Talaria. We include a detailed Compatibility List in every product description. If you’re running a custom build or aren't sure, just reach out to us with your bike’s make and year, and we'll make sure you get the right gear.

How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Answer: Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the size and weight of your order. Smaller items like footpegs or cables typically ship via standard ground, while larger items like batteries or motors may require specialized freight handling. Once you enter your address at checkout, you'll see a calculated rate and estimated delivery window for your specific gear.

What happens if a part arrives damaged or doesn't work?

Answer: We stand by the power of our products. If your order arrives damaged or there is a defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Because performance parts are often used in extreme conditions, returns are generally accepted only for unused items in their original packaging. Check our full Return Policy page for more details.

Do you provide installation guides for your parts?

Answer: We want you back on the dirt (or street) as fast as possible. Most of our high-performance parts come with a digital installation guide or a link to a video walkthrough. If you get stuck mid-build, don't sweat it—send us an email and our tech team will help you troubleshoot. We also offer instllation for you (only within Auckland) for an additional cost.
