Returns & Refunds Policy

At StaticMoto, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.

  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of installation, wear, or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Electrical Components: Due to the nature of these parts, once they have been plugged in or installed, they cannot be returned.

  • Sale/Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; items purchased on "Sale" are final.

3. The Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
